Order Confirmations
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Standard Delivery UK
Standard shipping from £3.50 can take between 2 - 5 working days. If your order has not been received within this time please contact info@darochaevents.com and we will try to resolve your issue.
Next Day Delivery UK
Express shipping from £4.50 must be ordered before 12pm in order to be delivered next day. If your order has not been received within this time please contact info@darochaevents.com and we will try to resolve your issue.
International Delivery
International shipping from £8.00. Please note that international orderers may have longer delivery times, please allow 7-10 days. If your order has not been received within this time please contact info@darochaevents.com and we will try to resolve your issue.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/Âundelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
